ビーフタンとマリアージュ

Nose 濃いイエロー 菩提樹とカモミールの華やかな香り。黄色い小さなお花。オイリーなニュアンス 花梨、洋梨、黄桃。 Deep yellow. Floral from linden, camomile and tiny yellow flowers. Stone fruits such as quince and yellow peach. It has also oily nuance.

Palate 想像以上にきれいに酸が伸びている。こっくりした果実の旨味がありながらも、酸が引き締めてくれてら甘やかながらもエレガントな仕上がりに。 ただ、余韻はそこまで長いということもない。切れる余韻。 Confortable, but strong fruits nuance. High acidity makes this wine elegant. Really remarkable, strong and beautiful acidity. Finish is not too long, not too short - sharpness.

Nose とーーーっても、華やか！ シロップ漬けの洋梨、花梨 少し大ぶりの白いお花。 ほんの少しだけスパイシーな印象も。  The wine has really floral impression - pear with fruit syrup, quince and big white flower such as lily. A hint of spice.

Palate 優しく甘やかに広がるフレッシュな果物の甘みと酸味。さらりとしていて苦味も重たくもない かと言って子供っぽくもない Fresh fruit spread on my tongue with confortable acidity. Go through smooth without bitterness. It’s not serious but not childish.

Nose 香りが華やか！ ブラックベリー、ブラックチェリー、プルーンみたいな瑞々しさ。熟した黒系果実。 スパイシー。甘草、リコリス レザーっぽい動物的な香りも。生肉、血の気がある。   Fruity and floral. Blackberry, black cherry and prune. Deep and mature fruits nuance. There is also spicy nuance - licorice, leather and animal. A hint of blood.

Palate 果実感は控えめ。 酸味が印象的。きめ細やかなタンニンも。 表面はビター、ワイルドだけど奥に果実味がある。うまくそれらが馴染んでいる。 一瞬とっつきにくいけど、あとから凝縮感のある果実が顔を出す。 ビターチョコレートとフランボワーズ？！茶目っ気のある年上の男性 色気のあるワインが好きなのね… Impressive acidity and silky tannin. Once it seems to be bitter and wild, but actually it also has deep fruits nuance and these two factors are integrated. I can also feel bitter chocolate and framboise.

Domaine Achillee Dry Riesling 

It starts their first vintage in 2016. Located in Scherwller, Alsace. 

Nose A volume of yellow fruits, osmanthus, marron chaud and linden. Very aromatic. 

Palate Fresh and simple flavor with some fruits. Strong and long acidity makes the wine elegant. A hint of citrus and its peel. Good for drinking now.

Touraine Sauvignon Blanc 2017 Bonnigal Bodet vignerons 

Nose Aromatic flavor. Acacia, yellow peach compote, quince, honey... Simple and fruity. 

Palate Fruits flavor in covering acidity. Smooth, sweetness of ripe pear and peach. Growing in cool area but a hint of dry raisins.

香り Nose 豊かな果実の香り。熟した黄色い果実、ネクタリン。少しハーヴィーなニュアンスも。第一アロマ中心の、シンプルな印象。 Simple, but with the strength of fruits. Ripe yellow fruits such as nectarine.  A hint of herb.

味わい Palate 横に広がる果実のボリューム。酸は高いが隠れている。レモンの皮のようなほのかな酸味と苦味。 Spreading widely on your tongue. High acidity is behind of the volume of fruits. Elegance of acidity and comfortable bitterness.
