My Mum and I are both big fans of Ed Sheeran so when we heard that his tour was coming to an end and that he wouldn’t be touring again for a long time we knew that we would have to go and see him on his last tour date 🙂 On the 26th of August we jumped on a train up to Ipswich for his homecoming tour date- when we arrived we did a bit of shopping including the Pop Up Ed Sheeran shop selling merchandise.

We then dropped our bags off at the hotel and headed to the venue arriving in the middle of the first support act 🙂 Lewis Capaldi and then The Darkness followed who were both really good- we watched these while eating some Halloumi fries 🙂 Then we  grabbed our seats and watched Ed Sheeran who was on the stage for an hour and 45 minutes!

The next morning we had a costa breakfast and then headed to the Made In Suffolk exhibition in the park which was really cool after which we got on the train and headed home 🙂

The next Monday my Mum and I headed to Champneys for a relaxing two days at the spa 🙂 Stopping off at an outlet on the way we spent the two days either chilling in the pool, reading our kindles or eating delicious food.

On the 2nd of August my friends Barghavi, Birunda and I went up to Brighton for Brighton Pride which was so much fun! 🙂 We booked an airbnb for the weekend which was absolutely lovely 🙂

The first night we decided to head straight to the airbnb which was about 30 minutes from Brighton on the bus and then when we got there we quickly unpacked and headed out for dinner at Harvester which was absolutely delicious!! After dinner we went to get some groceries for breakfast and some drinks 🙂 Once we got back to the airbnb we went to the beach which was only 5 minutes away from there and sat on the beach looking at the stars for a bit which was so lovely and then headed back for some drinks, board games and decided to blow up some pride balloons and do some Henna 🙂

The next morning we got up and had a quick cooked breakfast and then got ready for Pride 🙂 Once we were ready we wandered down to the local Beach for a photoshoot and then jumped on the bus down to Brighton 🙂

When we got to Brighton we found the Brighton and Hove Beach huts and walked along the beach which was so busy!!!

After chilling on the beach for a bit we then went to find some of the Pride Celebrations which were so much fun and busy!

We then found some food at the Olive Grove in the Lanes which was delicious and there were two very cute labradors with Pride flags!

After food we wandered along to a Pride Street Party where we had some drinks and a dance for a few hours which was so much fun and then headed back to the house 🙂 🙂

The next morning Barghavi and I headed down to the local beach for a swim or in my case walking into the sea and then running out because it was so cold!

We then went back to the house for another amazing cooked breakfast and to get ready for the day ahead and then got the bus into Brighton 🙂 When we arrived we decided to chill on the beach in Brighton for a bit which was so much fun just chilling and listening to music 🙂

We then decided to take a walk along the pier where we popped into the arcade and played a game of air hockey which I lost 😦 We then headed up to the station to get the train back up to London 🙂

Overall it was such a lovely weekend and I really hope that it becomes an annual thing 🙂

On the 4th of July 2019 I turned 22 whilst I was in Mexico with my family 🙂 On my actual birthday I spend the morning at the football watching my brother play in the medics world cup 🙂 We then went to Playa del Carmen because I wanted to pop into Bath and Body works and also Sephora because we don’t have either of those brands in the UK unfortunately 😦 We then went back to the hotel and chilled in the pool before dinner at Himitsu which was my favourite restaurant in the hotel 🙂

Before we went to Mexico I went out for my birthday with my friend Dorothy which was absolutely lovely- we went to Peggy Porschen which is one of my favourite places in London to have cake and just chill for a few hours 🙂

On the 10th of July I went out to dinner at Eat Tokyo with my two ex-flatmates Chiara and Poon (Miss you Su!) which was so much fun 🙂 The food was amazing and its always nice to catch up with them 🙂

On the 14th of July I went out for lunch with Anna and Hannah who are my two best friends from high school 🙂 After lunch we then went for a wander around London which was so much fun and recreated some of our old photos which was hilarious!

Finally on the 20th of July I went to see Spiderman Far from Home with my two friends Barghavi and Birunda which was amazing and the film was so good!! They then came back to mine to chill in the garden with Maya and her sister Jaz who I was looking after for the week 🙂 We had pizza and wine which is always a good combination and also meant that they decided to stay over 🙂 They also surprised me with a birthday cake and some desserts for reaching 1000 followers which was so sweet!!! The next morning we just chilled in the garden with the dogs and also booked an airbnb for Brighton Pride which all three of us are going to and I’m so excited for so expect a blog post to come all about Brighton Pride 🙂

If you have been following me for a while you will know that my family has gone to Mexico 3 times in the last 4 years and this year we decided to head back for a fourth time 😊 We stayed at the Secrets Akumal from the 26th of June to the 7th of July 💕

The first few days of the holiday were spent chilling in the hotel, swimming in the pool and also swimming in the sea where we saw around 8 turtles whilst we were were there as they feed on the beach by the hotel 😊

On the 30th of June and the 1st of July we went to football as one of the reasons we decided to go to Mexico again as my oldest brother was playing in the Medics World Cup for the GB medics 😊

After the game on the 1st of July we went to a place called Casa Tortuga where we swam in Cenotes 💕

The next day we went to Coba which is one of the last Mayan ruins you can actually climb up! It was very tiring but totally worth it for the view at the top 😊 We had to climb up on our hands and knees and then slide down because it was so steep!

From the 4th to the 6th we went to football as they actually got to the final and won!!! They played 6 games in 7 days which is a bit ridiculous especially in the Mexico heat!

There were so many lovely restaurants in the Secrets Akumal including a French restaurant and a place called Himitsu which was my absolute favourite 🙂 Whilst we were there I decided to try Canard a L’Orange and Mussels in the French restaurant and then in Himitsu we decided to try Sake 🙂

On the 4th of June we decided to take Maya to the beach for the first time so we packed her a bag filled with treats, toys and anything else she might need, jumped in the car and headed off to Brighton. As many of you will know I absolutely love Brighton and its one of my favourite places to go 🙂 When we arrived we took her straight onto the beach which she absolutely loved! She was sprinting along trying to chase the seagulls!!

After a short walk along the beach we then decided to walk along the beach-front and along to the pier where we decided to stop off for donuts which were delicious 🙂

We then walked along the beachfront a bit further and came across the Brighton Bandstand which I have actually never seen before but it is absolutely beautiful so I couldn’t resist stopping to take a few photos 🙂

  It was around 2 o’clock by this point so we walked back towards the pier and found a little cafe/restaurant called Lucky Beach where we stopped off for lunch and were actually allowed to take Maya inside! I had a chicken burger which was absolutely delicious and the staff were all so lovely 🙂

After lunch we had a walk along the lanes which was so much fun- we popped into Karen Millen, Lush and a few other shops as well 🙂

After our shop in the lanes we decided to head home to avoid the traffic and Maya actually slept the whole hour car ride home!! Overall it was such a lovely day and I can’t wait to hopefully head back to Brighton again soon 🙂
