K-NEWS ...................... K-707 2025 EDITION REDUX - UPDATES

I hope everyone is getting a great summertime :) Here some k-hippie news related to both Sims 4 and Sims 3 for your eyes only ;)

In addition of the k-707 2025 Edition, we release the k-505, the k-101 and the k-606 ( roofs ) of Lovestruck ...

All those files are now available ;)

EDIT : Posting here some pictures of the 6 expansions released today ( lack of place in the main k-707 redux 2025 Edition post ) :D

Remember : those pictures are made without any reshade. Everything has been tested. So, there is not any problem between the k-707 ( and the other k-mods ) and the sims 4 last updates ;)

Related to the Sims 3, I hope you liked Lost Cove 10th Anniversary which is a perfect world to play with during Summer ;)

It seems our personal summer is the Season of Updates :D So ............. Here another update we'll release next week : Eureka Valley 2025 :)

The Penn Hills Resort property is for sale.

While looking at the photos of this vacant plot of land, it’s hard to believe what used to be here. We loved it so much we’ve been posting about it for years so there probably isn’t much you don’t know about Penn Hills at this point. But let’s go back in time for a second and appreciate what once was.

It started out as the Penn Hills Lodge with quaint cottages, abundant activities and miles of nearby hiking trails. Within the next 20 years, it had morphed into a mega-honeymoon resort with the addition of modern Italian Rivera Towers, Mountain Top Villas and a wedding bell shaped pool. Each room was equipped with a round bed, heart tub, *a lot* of crushed velvet and the faint smell of cigarettes left behind from each guest before.

It was the go-to place to be in the 60s and 70s. Many of us became familiar with it only after it was abandoned but it did have a rich history as a popular hotel before its downfall.

I wonder what will become of this property. Judging by the real estate photos, the pool and tennis courts are somehow the only remnants left of the resort as all of the remaining land has been cleared.

2025 update

Hi, I don't know how to write words.

2024 has been a year of where a lot has changed for me, but I still feel like I could've done so much more. Considering that I'm one step away from adulthood, I have to keep my shit together as fast as possible.

This post is more of a personal goal list that I want to try to achieve this year.

The main reason you are probably here it's because of my art, I will get to it after clarifying some things.

My laptop is hanging on the charging plug.

It will be taken to get fixed probably this week.

After I get it back I am really looking forward to put my brain to work.

I'm planning on making a YouTube channel to drop animations there and even some SpeedPaints of my works. Also I will remake my commissions pricing and organize myself better with the time I put on my works except rushing everything everyday.

Money is harder than I was expecting.

Things here at my house have been more struggling than just 'not being able to by a new decent cellphone' (which we are still gathering the money for it).

My grandfather is retired, but the money that he gains from it it's not enough to sustain a house of four people, to the point that he's considering to get a job this year. If you watched TADC EP 4 you know that he shouldn't go over this stress again.

I want to help sustain this house financially besides just focusing on school. I will remake my commission info after my laptop returns fixed, but while this doesn't happen, if you donate even one cent it would mean a lot for us here.

If you are following me for a while you might be aware of my Geppetto AU and KinitoPET AU, both DCA focused. I am currently trying to write the fanfic for the Geppetto AU and I'm still trying to figure out what I want to do with these kinito heads. Maybe I will show up with another AU but... Who knows.

Been working night and day on my own little creatures, but I don't show them up to you guys that often because I wanted to make sure they were 100% done before I posted them online. But I decided that I'm going to share my progress when designing them little by little.
