この日は京都で打ち合わせ。

中村軒のかき氷。こちらでかき氷を食べながら、打ち合わせをするのが恒例行事。

打ち合わせというより、ほぼ食べることに集中しているのですが（笑）

大島黒糖のかき氷に。途中で追い黒蜜をして、最後までおいしかったです。しかし、終盤は例のように咽せた（笑）白玉にいやされました。

案の定猫じゃらしを出すと腹を出してひっくり返り、そのままの体勢でゴロゴロして遊び出す猫。頼むからそのデブった下半身を鍛えてくれ。

案の定といえば、先週の日曜に締め切りだったレポートを、案の定とある部下だけが未提出。毎回一目見て「ああ、国語苦手だったんだろうな……」と分かる小学生の日記みたいな内容のレポートをまた見る羽目になるんだろうなとため息です。

明日は恐らくまだ真っ白であろうレポート用紙を彼の前に突き付け(アナログ仕様なので手書きなのである)、とにかく空白を埋めてもらわねばならないと思うと気が重い。ここ、小学校じゃなくて職場よな！？どこの企業にも何もやらないオッサンが巣食っているという話は聞いたことがあるけれど、彼の場合はやる気がないというより、頑張ろうとしても多分やれないタイプなので、見捨てるわけにもいかず。難しいもんです。元々何か悪気があるわけではなく社会人として中々馴染めないタイプの人だろうなとは推測できるものの、本人が自分の放置した仕事のせいで周囲の人々の仕事量をかなり増やしているという自覚がないのが辛いところ。多分それに自ら気付くことも本人の力量的に難しいだろうし、どうしようもないことだけど、直の上司となってしまった身としてたまには愚痴も言いたくなるもんです。オォォン！

まあこっちが参らないように適度にやっていくしかないんですが。

こんな感じで、頑張っても本人の努力ではどうやっても周りと同じようにできないタイプへの会社の配慮というか、社会の配慮というか、寛容さというか……。1人前にこなせない人を寄ってたかって叩く雰囲気がなくなれば良いなと思いつつも、昭和ど真ん中世代はリゲインまっしぐらな感じが未だに根付いていて怖いです。
