But, if you see ferris as a trans Coded or even gender-fluid, that's perfectly good too! I'm saying this so people know just in case we see things differently when it comes to ferris's character. Everyone views their F/O differently and all of it canon to you ♡
So, my love for ferris has gone way back ever since I was younger. (I think middle school mostly?)
He's the reason why I got into Re: Zero to begin with. Cat-like and cutesy characters were always my favorite, for example, Rin Hoshizora from love live or Kirio Nekoyanagi from Idolmaster sideM. So me falling quickly in love with ferris was bound to happen. I made an OC who was shipped with ferris at the time but I never made content involved around them. Looking back at it, she was definitely a self-insert, I had many OCs who were just like her. Anywho, I was secretly still having ferris with me even when I was gushing around my other F/Os (I still love them ♡) but, last year, I started to embrace with him and share it in this community. So, that's a small story about my relationship with ferris. Even though I self-ship for funnies, I view Ferris a little differently. Even probably as an Oshi too. 💙🩵

This is my fun strictly safe Reclusa selfship/yumeship blog to share my own drawings, commissions, merchandise, edits or just anything fun that reminds me of the fantastic fellow!
I've fallen in love and selfshipped with various characters from video games and anime many times over the years, ever since I was little but one of my two main selfships started in 2018 with the blobby bigshot himself, Rimuru Tempest. Rimuru is pretty much my whole life and I never thought I'd ever get another F/O as important to me as him but lo and behold…Reclusa of all characters entered the stage.
How did I meet the One and Lonely Solo Act himself?
I started playing Mario & Luigi: Brothership in December of 2024 because I usually love playing Mario RPG's as soon as they come out, as I love JRPG's and the Mario ones in particular have been some of my favourites ever since I first played Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door back in ye olden days of the 2000's. However, due to me going through a dark depression it took me a ridiculously long time until July the 3rd of 2025 to get to Reclusa's reveal because I was really sad and couldn't work up the energy to do any hobbies but I kept playing a tiny bit every few days because even though I didn't know what he looked like I'd read this particular forum comment that said his character was something spectacular and worth pushing through to the end to see so I kept playing just to see him and boy…was he worth the wait. From the moment he showed up and started talking I got red whenever he was on screen.
First of all, what really stood out to me about Reclusa was that his personality and way of carrying himself was FABULOUS. You don't often get the combination of a character that is so solitary yet extremely overdramatic at the same time. Then later I was like oh no, I'm agreeing with his platitudes about solitude and uh-oh, he's so handsome, plus best of all he's absolutely hilarious! I must be such a freak, why does my brain like him so much and find him so relatable because the game REALLY wants you to hate him and well, he is quite...how do we say it…unconventional to say the very least.
My mind tried to push him away because I felt really ashamed and shy about loving such an odd fellow. Then when I finished the game and the credits were playing SPOILER ALERT: I cried after Reclusa's strangely sad death scene over and over again. Then I knew it was too late at that point. LOL. He had me smitten and in July of 2025 I started selfshipping with him. As bad as he may be, he understood me, he saved me and has been (as Zokket so aptly called him) my "Great Inspiration" ever since and he gives me a reason to get up and create everyday which I felt like I had lost so I will always be forever grateful to Nintendo and Acquire for creating such a wonderfully unique character.

Um—this feels strange to write, but I guess that’s the point of an intro post, right?
I’m Andromeda. Most people just call me Andi.
I’m… not great at these. Never really have been. I used to have people write things for me—lines, scripts, whole personalities if we’re being honest. So doing this without a cue card feels a little like stepping on stage and realizing no one told you what the scene was.
Anyway.
I used to be a child actor. That’s probably the most interesting thing about me on paper. It sounds a lot more glamorous than it actually was. Long hours, a lot of pressure, and this constant feeling like if you messed up, you weren’t just disappointing yourself—you were disappointing everyone watching. I got out of it eventually. Took a while, but… yeah. That’s in the past.
After that, I kind of… drifted for a bit. Tried to figure out who I was without someone else telling me. Ended up getting pulled into tech work—systems, programming, that sort of thing. I liked it. Still do, I think. There’s something comforting about things that are supposed to make sense, even if they don’t always.
I tend to overthink. A lot. I replay things, second-guess myself, try to fix problems that are probably already way out of my hands. I like helping people, even when I probably shouldn’t stick my nose in. Especially then, actually.
I also talk to myself when I’m stressed. You’ll probably see that here.
Um… what else.
I like quiet spaces. Books. Old things that feel lived in. I’m not as put together as I might come across at first—I just got really good at pretending to be.

I've fallen in love and selfshipped with various characters from video games and anime many times over the years, ever since I was little but one of my two main selfships started in 2018 with the blobby bigshot himself, Rimuru Tempest. Rimuru is pretty much my whole life and I've been dedicated to him for 7 years at this point, wowie kazowie! I never thought I'd ever get another F/O as important to me as him but then much to my surprise Reclusa from M&L came along as well in 2025.
How did I meet the spectacular Slime Sovereign?
In late 2018 I was shown an image of three Isekai anime protagonists. I had seen the other two before Tanya and Ainz but never the blue haired one on the right, I said it's "Ainz and those random guys". I was told it was "that one slime from that recent anime".
I was intrigued by this blue haired slime and a few days later I decided to find out more by googling the slime anime. I found out that the protagonists name was Rimuru Tempest and that the anime was called Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken (That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime). I found one particular image of him and was smitten. Long blue hair, dark clothing and golden eyes? Sign me up!
I then went onto My Figure Collection and started looking at his merchandise and immediately wanted to get his EXQ figure but I decided to watch some clips and the anime first, unfortunately the first clip I saw spoiled what happened when Rimuru got his human form as it was the latest episode that had just aired but I still wanted to watch the anime anyway.
When I started the anime I was immediately hooked, and loved Rimuru's character. Then posthaste, I ordered that Rimuru EXQ figure which arrived just a couple of days after Christmas. I continued watching the anime every week all the way until it finished airing on March 26th 2019 which made many a drab Monday just that little bit better, I went mad for Rimuru and the rest as they say is history.
The main thing I loved about Tensura was Rimuru, he really captured my imagination with his design and personality. In regards to his design I think both his slime form and human form are equally loveable. His slime form is very adorable and is incredibly versatile and I love how at the end of each manga volume Taiki Kawakami sensei draws him as a different food. I absolutely love his human form too due to the elegance and cuteness of his design with his golden eyes, long silver-blue hair and his iconic blue coat and scarf. I love both of his forms however his human form was the first one I saw and fell in love with because l adore androgynous characters. Don't even get me started on his incredibly in-depth quirky and yet surprisingly layered personality, we'll be here all day!
