Yaaay, look at my smile!
Yesterday was my weigh in, I was a little disappointed when I saw the numbers on the scale. (My metric system is in kg, but I converse it into pounds to make it easier for the people over here). 204,4 lbs was what it the scale told me. So like I said, I was harsh on myself, being extremely careful with what I ate and what not and guess what... I've lost a pound!
I did a lot of working out this week and sooner or later it had to pay off, besides that I took really small - but healthy - meals last night. Maybe it was alsof some water weight, I don't know, but who cares, I've lost some and that's amazing <3
So I'm very proud to tell you I'm 202,8lbs right now. And besides that, I went cycling with my mom (its 27°C outside) for 135 minutes! That was like 35km and it was really nice. Oh, the satisfaction after such a long ride makes me smile so brightly :)(For who wonders, I've burned 1249 calories with the ride).
Now I'm gonna post my two motivation pics and do some homework, take a shower and eat healthy at the BBQ tonight.
