I was really excited when In This Moment announced the “Mother” album, but now i’m not really all that excited about it, The 2 singles from it are very underwhelming so far, I think that “The In Between” had potential to be a great lead single but it was ruined by the effects on Marias vocals, and I was again let down by “Hunting Grounds” while it was and improvement on “The In Between” I think the disappointment was purely based on the fact that Marias voice didn’t blend too well with Joe Cotelas. Hopefully the rest of the album will be better, but i’m not sure.
