[do you like that? do you like the fact that you’re getting challenged, and say, ‘i’ve gotta make my —’ like, i’m gonna make this into a robertson question, obviously, but it seems like he took that challenge and made himself a lot better. it does seem like stuff like this can help you in here, in dallas, too.] yeah. yeah, for sure, i think — i mean, all across the league, i think you’ve seen guys elevate, like, i think, um … you know, for every guy, i mean, you wanna be on these teams, whether american, or canadian, or whatever it is, so, you just, uh — you wanna be considered one of the best in your country, and then, you know, to represent your country on a national stage like that’s … i mean, you know, i can say, now, you know, ‘i’m an olympian,’ no one can ever take that away from me, so that’s, that’s pretty cool, and, um, just, never thought i’d get this opportunity, and, yeah, it’s something no one can ever take away from me. [is jason playing his best hockey right now?] it’s hard to say, ‘cause he’s played so well, yeah, for, for years, so, yeah. just, uh, i mean — it’s hard, uh, for him, ‘cause that’s just kinda what we, like, expect outta him, like, he’s, he’s that good, he’s the most pure goal-scorer i’ve ever played with. uh, his hockey IQ’s off the charts, uh — drives me nuts in practice, but that shows you, you know, ‘cause he’s putting a lot by me, so it’s, it’s fun battling him, ‘cause he — he makes me better, too, and, uh, you know, obviously, you know. i wish he was going over there, but — you know. not my decision, and he’s a hell of a player, and i don’t think it’s gonna, gonna change anything for him, and he’s gonna continue to dominate, and show that he’s one of the best in the world.
