Finally finished the reference sheets for all five Romeo Squad members! Rake belongs to @faemorningstar and the rest are mine.

My goal is to get reference sheets made for all of my clone OCs in time for ArtFight, but failing that, I’ll focus on a few specific guys (I’m definitely not playing favourites with my own OCs… why would you think such a thing) and draw the rest when I have time.

Behold: the troopers of Romeo Squad!

These boys are my absolute beloveds, they live in my brain rent free and I like it that way. I’m currently writing a fic (Wherefore Art Thou?) featuring these lads, go check it out if you have the time! You can also find more info on each of them here, among more troopers I have yet to fully flesh out.

This piece took me nearly 22 hours with all the little fiddly details (doing the coloured linework alone took 3 hours), but it was SO worth it!!

Rivet: the squad’s mechanic and heavy gunner. A bit of a wild card, reckless and impulsive, but he’d do anything for his brothers.

Zip, the pilot. Fast and agile on the battlefield, soft-spoken but opinionated, and the team’s endlessly optimistic moral centre and driving force.

Sergeant Weaver, the head honcho of the team. Resting bitch face, permanently exhausted from putting up with the other four, ‘the responsible one’ through process of elimination, but he really truly cares about his brothers.

Chaff, the medic! Not a mean bone in his body, an absolute sweetheart, insomniac/caf addict, but will absolutely kick your ass if you hurt his brothers. He spends enough time patching them up as it is!

And finally, @faemorningstar’s Rake, second in command. Wannabe musician, lover at heart, king of fashion. Struggles with his mental health a bit after Order 66, but he knows his brothers have his back, and he theirs.
