Hey guys! Story time! Last September, a panicked woman contacted me for help in selling her house in downtown Alpharetta. Despite being away for three years, she kept receiving offers from investors. After months of bargaining, we closed the sale today for a whopping $550,000 with a reputable builder who will rebuild a new regal home. Miss Vicky, the seller, originally bought the house for $65,000 30 years ago, and the area has since been revitalized, making it a prime spot for development. We received outrageous low-ball offers with strange stipulations but me and Miss Vicky never backed down… and today we celebrated with balloons, horns, and firecrackers!
