Up in the air on my way to Helsinki, first row seat as usually.. It's been a fantastic day. I feel very relaxed/tired after packing, cleaning, going to the nudist beach, donating my bike and some books, travelling to the capital while discussing with a mature lady about our worldwide travels, enjoying a slush (slurpee) in the superheat, shopping fragrances and drinks at the airport, and waiting for getting into the plane in the middle of over-energized kids and their fed-up moms. ;) Whew. Now I'll just enjoy the 30.000 ft-high views over Sweden for a while and close my eyes.

There's an Olympic Lifting class on Tuesdays at my gym and they have priority access to equipment. However all of the postings in the gym said that they would only need it for 20:30-21:00. I got to the platform at about 18:40 and about ten minutes later some volunteers come over to put up a sign saying that the class would need equipment at 19:00. I tried to move to a rack, but the coach told me they'd need every single bumper plate in the entire gym. I was so mad! There were only five lifters! Thankfully my Y membership gives me access to other locations. I was able to finish my snatches then I moved to the other gym close to me and did the rest of my programming. The whole thing messed up my schedule for the night, though, and now I'm all put-off.
