hello friends, some people may think this is tmi but i have nowhere else to turn to, and i need some place to keep me accountable, y'know?

basically i have been masturbating since i was 5-6 years old; started off with humping my stuffed toys, used to do it a few times a week, up until last year when i got an electric body massager and realised how easy it was to finish with that. in 2022 i decided to keep track of how many times i did it and it ended up being more than 235 times.. 27 was the most i did it in one month.

it was to a point where it wasn't even pleasurable anymore, i started off with the lowest setting last year on the body massager, and i remember it being too much for me at the time, and last week i couldn't finish with the strongest setting, that's when i realised this was turning into an *actual* problem.

so i decided to quit. cold turkey. the most i had gone without masturbating/wanting to masturbate was 10 days in october, but i made up for it by doing it multiple times a day after that, and before that the most i would go((without anything physically hindering me from doing it; eg. injuries, vacations etc.)) was around 3 days, but again, whenever i had to stop for a few days, i would make up for it by doing it multiple times a day the following days

i stopped feeling horny, and i have trouble getting wet, and i really think that quitting masturbation/porn for a while will help with that

i finished twice on the 11th, using the electric massager, but they were ruined o's, meaning i finished accidentally both times and didn't "ride" them through, and that was the last time i did it.

Jeg vil i tiden framover fortelle litt om elementene rundt og i fortellerforestillingen 23.27. Fortellerforestillingen har premiere på fortellerfestivalen i Oslo 23.
