My comic for the 23hBD 2026, an event where you draw 24 pages of comic in 23 hours ! It was my tenth year participating ! Theme : Discovering a half human civilisation Constrain : A change of time or timezone must play a role in the story

I'm American so I'm very curious what the "23h/25h BD survivor" means on the OC wrap template?

It's a french event that takes place when we change clocks!

The goal is to do a 24 pages comic in 23h (when we put the clock forward) or 12 pages in 25h when putting them back! (Actually you can participate with three different format: classic comic, webcomic/scroll or turbomedia)

To spice things up, because having a day to do a full comic is not enough, there's a theme and a constraint

Everyone is free to join, it's purelly for fun & to challenge yourself! There's no pressure on quality or anything

note: as you may have guessed I'm french and my english's a bit rusty, I hope I explained it clearly and sorry if the words are wrong

I struggled to figure out how to incorporate the time element and have any kind of resolution, I hope it still feels satisfying to read!

Ma participation aux 23h de la bd cette année. Ça faisait des années que j'avais pas participé et j'ai vraiment pris bcp de plaisir à travailler sur un petit projet comme ça pendant quelques heures sans trop me mettre la pression. Le thème cette année étant "océan" j'ai choisi de parler un peu plus de 2 personnages qui apparaissent dans le chapitre 4 de mon webcomic. L'histoire se passe avant les événements du chapitre 4. Bon je n'ai pas réussi à faire les 24 pages, mais je vais faire au mieux pour boucler cette petite histoire.
