Not my proudest moment.

I have lost 3 and half lbs since last week, which is good. I'm honestly surprised. I will admit I had a tough weekend. I ate a lot of bad food this weekend.....Including a box of Peanut Butter Patties (in one day). Not my proudest moment, but you gotta have those weak days. I can honestly say yesterday was the worst I have felt in a long time. Way too much sugar, learned my lesson from that. I was surprised to see I was down some after this weekend. I have had a few more people comment on my weight loss. People say they can tell in my face that I have lost weight, which is something I noticed yesterday when I ran. My face doesn't jiggle like it used to. Being able to see the difference makes me feel great! I am officially down to a large in leggings and 13 in jeans. It's exciting being down a size, as I stated last post. I feel like I have more energy now, I just feel so much better. Exercising is getting a lot easier and I'm starting to enjoy it. (never thought I would say that) Everything is going great and I'm encouraged by the steady results. I definitely won't be eating another box of Girl Scout Cookies anytime soon, though.
