My friend's opinion on Andi Mack ships
I asked my friend, Tobie, who knows absolutely nothing about Andi Mack to judge some pairings based on whether he shipped them or not.
I showed him 12 pairings/ships.
These are the pairings that he ships the most.
Tyrus
Muffy
Ambi
Jyrus
Wuffy
Juffy
Jandi
These are the pairings that he kinda ships.
Bandi
Wandi
These are the pairings that he doesn't ship
Jamber
Tuffy
Wonah
I also asked him who he believed is LGBTQ+ based on the gifs I showed him, he is a cishet male so his opinions may not be the same opinions as someone who is of the LGBTQ+ spectrum.
He believes that both Cyrus and T.J are gay whilst Andi and Amber are both somewhat LGBTQ+.
I tried my best to remain neutral as I could while asking him these questions, so I would have unbiased results.
Let me know what you think of his opinions and whether or not you agree with him!
The Promised Neverland episode 3 was pretty good. Sister Krone, the new adult lady, is looking to be an interesting character. She’s kind of on the crazy side but appears to have goals to take down Mama and become the new Mama herself, even going as far as to tell Emma that she’s on her side since Emma saw the harvest. Mama and Sister Krone monitoring the kids while Sister Krone conspires against Mama really ups the stakes in this little chessmaster thing they’ve got going on - I dig it.
This anime’s also a shounen so we got our training montage already - though it’s actually the kids playing like super hardcore tag with Emma, Norman and Ray teaching the rest of them how to actually be good at it. I like this! It’s a cool idea to introduce tag as a fun cute thing in the first episode and reintegrate it as a form of training in this episode without any of the kids needing to suspect anything. And it’s The Promised Neverland so you also know the whole sequence looked good as hell.
Most of the horror in this episode was just Sister Krone making some damn intimidating faces, but also the show’s typical good directing and soundtrack complimented the atmosphere nicely.
I do have a few complaints though - this episode upped the exposition levels and we kinda just get our three 11 year old kids deducing lots of information from very little clues and it’s not the most interesting thing to see unfolding. I also can’t help but feel like something must’ve been omitted from the manga. I can’t confirm this since I haven’t read the manga obviously, but towards the end of the episode Emma, Norman and Ray just outright tell us that Mama’s stopped observing them recently, and yet since they’re still being observed, one of the kids has to be a traitor. It’s hard to know that Mama’s stopped observing them since very little in the episode actually suggested as such until the characters just blatantly told us, but how they concluded a traitor was amongst them I have no idea. Surely Sister Krone’s observing and reporting back to Mama, no? Maybe they didn’t omit anything from the manga or anything but it still feels like we’re missing some important information.
Also, this episode establishes that the show is set in 2015. That might not necessarily mean too much because we don’t even know to what degree the show is even set on our Earth in our universe, but it’s cool to give us this rough timeframe. We’ll see if it evolves into anything further down the line.
So a decent episode, though I definitely get the feeling that the show’s been struggling to meet the expectations set by the first episode. Still, we’re only 3 episodes in, so there’s a lot more in store. I don’t believe in the 3 episode rule but for what it’s worth, this show definitely managed to pass it pretty well.

Andi Mack
I'm asking my friend, who knows NOTHING about Andi Mack, about who he ships and who he thinks are LGBTQ+ (all I'm doing is sending him gifs of the pairings and stuff.)
I'll update you on what he thinks.

The distractions during last night’s meditation session were so far away from my attention that I can’t quite remember what they were. In fact, I don’t think I paid enough attention while the conscious and subconscious mind played out images. I didn’t pay enough attention to notice what those images were. They were that faded and that far away from where my attention was.
The attention was on the Hong Sau technique. When the breath would pause all its movement just to take a break, I wouldn’t have much to give my attention to. Of course, the subconscious kept playing dream images out, but I just can’t say what those images were about. They were so far away from my attention that I couldn’t notice what they were about.
With concentrated attention like that, my breathing did pause for what seemed like long durations. No movement, just a calm observance of stillness. This calmness is relative. I know I can get calmer still. Cool.
Christ, I've never been ranked this high.
