What, in your opinion, are the best and worst Ted outfits?

OH MAN. I mean, Ted has made a lot of very dire choices re: fashion. To be clear, I love sweater vests and suspenders and newsboy caps, so that’s not the problem - it’s the color and pattern clashing that upsets me on a fundamental level. Like:

LIME CRIME

This one matches but THEODORE YOU ARE AN ADULT MAN, NOT AN ENDEARINGLY MISCHIEVOUS CHILD IN THE 1940S. The K monogram on everything is pretty douchey too.

What is that...thing around his waist. Booster please help him. (Also please note that his pants, socks, and shoes somehow manage to all be a slightly different shade of baby poop brellow.

He didn’t get any better in this century, either. His sole New 52 appearance is an actual felony:

The hair! The glasses! Whatever is happening around his neck! Gray blazer + black belt + brown pants?????? TEDWARD WHY. (DC please make those shirts though, I want one.)

That said, sometimes the newsie look almost works? Certainly there’s more personality in it than Bruce Wayne’s ten thousand generic black suits:

In conclusion, Ted dresses horribly and I love him for it, and anyway his costume is one of the all-time greats so it makes up for the terrible civvies.

48: Cloudy, partly cloudy, or clear skies? Alll of the above! In summer I like partly cloudy, because you’ll have both warmth and cool and that’s awesome. In winter I like clear skies because it makes the snow shine and glitter and the sky is just the bluest blue you’ll ever see, or it will have so many stars that a tiny mind such as mine will not comprehend it. and of course cloudy skies are necessary so I’ll remember to appreciate the sun!

30: Favourite Halloween costume you dressed up as? (if you don’t celebrate halloween have you ever cosplayed or would you like to? who did you cosplay as?) In Finland we do not celebrate Haloween that much, even less so when I was a kid. But we do have a tradition on Easter to dress kids up as witches, and then these witches go door to door and chant a spell to rid the house of illness and worry etc. They also leave a branch of willow in the house, decorated with bright-coloured feathers, and they get sweets or money in return. That was fun to do as a kid!

24. All plants are great but do you have a favourite? I love birch trees! Also I love forget-me-nots and lily-of-the-valley. Natural plants of this area, thus, favourite!
