Without a second thought, Jongin is climbing up on the table (the one that belongs to someone else, but who really gives a shit at this point?), cackling as he shakes the whiskey bottle he’s just spent way too much money on, before standing full height and unleashing the sudsy liquid on everyone within a twenty-foot radius, including his friend Taeyong, still standing on the floor. He’s much too drunk to care, but he hopes he has a sense of humor about it, like the rest of the club around him. Everyone is too smashed like them to really be angry about it and paying more attention to the music that is turned up so loud Jongin can’t even hear himself think. Which is exactly how he likes it. “Taeyongie!! Get up here on this table and dance with me!” He’s bouncing on the table and holding out an hand for him to come up join him. “You promised!”

Seungri guessed the streak of bad nights at the club was trying to tell him something. As though it was an ominous sign, a major life changing event might happen soon. Tonight was no exception. Perhaps he was not attractive to females anymore. That was a sad thought and he tried erasing it by finishing his drink in one go. Despite the burning he felt in the back of his throat, it did nothing to quell the insecurities haunting his mind. He was being paranoid but what happened next proved that his assumptions might actually be right. 

“Woah,” someone bumped into him, almost knocking off the glass in his hand. Thankfully, his reflexes kicked in fast and he managed to save it from dropping to the floor. “Are you okay?” He reached out his free hand to steady the stranger. Seungri was thoroughly concerned about him. Eyes studying the other’s features, he could tell how drunk this stranger was by his red cheeks. There was also a whiff of alcohol when he attempted to straighten up. “You’re drunk,” he mumbled under his breath. 

“Bro, are you alone?”  The male looked like he was around Seungri’s age and he seemed quite familiar, even though he could not remember exactly where and when he had seen him before. No one appeared to be with him or looking for him just yet. Probably his group of friends had not noticed his absence so he decided to make the stranger sit next to him, hoping that his companions would pick him up soon.

motherfuckin gentlemen || taeyong + tabi

Seunghyun is laughing and throwing his arms about, even though he has some sort of blue, slushie alcoholic drink in his hand. It’s a good thing it’s slushie though, because otherwise it would be all over the floor by now, but luckily the bartender knows Seunghyun well enough that when they could tell when he needed a less liquid-y drink. He’s already half tipsy, trying his best to be drunk and have fun, while also still remember that he is hosting this shindig. He has to be on top of things (and no, not on top of the table.... yet). Who knows how well things might go?

But all that comes to a screeching halt when he shoulders someone shorter than him, bumping into them hard enough that he actually does drop his drink onto the floor. “Motherfuc-” but then he stops himself upon seeing who it is. A strange, half-angry, half-regretful feeling sets on him. “Oh... it’s you.. How did you even... What are you doing here?” he frowns.

He could’ve just walked away. He could’ve just complied like he always did, but if only could’ves existed, then he wouldn’t be in this state. The point was that he did those things and now here he is: body weak, arms barely strong enough to hold himself up against the wall, and shaky legs that could give up on his any time. The worst of all is still being able to feel the warm liquid ooze out of the nook of his head, flowing down to his face, blurring his vision. 

To some extent, Wonpil was thankful for those men to throw him on a street with not many people. Not only did they need invisibility, but so did he. As much as it doesn’t seem like, Wonpil had a lot to lose if seen by those men or even know the relationship he has with a cartel. Whoops, said too much?

Wonpil grit his teeth, a groan seeping through his teeth. He didn’t think it would be this painful after the adrenaline rubbed off. The lack of vision he had was beginning to look as if the world was moving in circles. Honestly, he was scared. Loosing too much blood and having an opening to his head; yeah, not the greatest combo he would want to have. Yet still Wonpil pulled himself closer to a lit up street by the one light from a now closed corner store.

“Fuck.” He grunted, turning himself for his back to rest on the wall. His chest heaved each time he breathed in and a shaky exhale followed along. This would be the perfect time to have someone appear, but it didn’t seem too probable... Maybe he wasn’t that thankful now that he may lose his life.

The entire earth was conspiring now, Seunghyun was sure of it, to ensure that his life never, ever felt right again. He could no longer be himself, or go anywhere he wanted, without some mishap occurring, or some tragedy. This was the fucking worst, and there's literally nothing he could do about it.

Except roll with the punches. He glared and gritted his teeth, his unusually dark eyes piercing through the darkness of the club he was in. Not The Lush or The Box; those places he needed to avoid now, too many unwanted faces in each. No, he was in just a random club in Seoul, and who should he see here except the absolute last person on the planet that he expected to see. Or wanted to see.

Lee Taeyong sat, obviously drunk, against the bar, his eyes watery, his appearance a mess. Seunghyun had no idea why the hell he was a wreck, and he knew he should probably just leave him alone, but he himself was already pretty buzzed and this was either a curse sent to him by the universe, or a fantastic opportunity. He needed to find out.

He headed over to the other guy and put a hand on his shoulder, forcing him to turn and look at him. "Hey asshole. Been a million years. Do you know who I am?" Recent events have given him such a chip on his shoulder, wowee.

When the second blast including him came, the only name next to his he was surprised by was Taeyong. It was more than obvious that sooner or later someone would say a world about the whole dispute going on between him, Namjoon and Seunghyun, yet the very last thing he expected was finding out that apparently Taeyong was deep in this mess along with the rest.

Although they met not so long ago, he had sympathy for the other. He was a good companion back there at the bar and he didn’t even mind making up all those stories with tipsy Jiyong. Well, he is a kind lad but how come everyone he knows is suddenly affiliated with Namjoon in a certain way?

It was already past midnight when Jiyong got the call from Taeyong, who asked him for a meeting at the same place they bumped into one another the other day. Honestly, he preferred to shut down the whole world and just sleep through all this drama drinking the will to live out of him, yet he agreed with no further pondering.

He put on a plain baseball cap and then covered his head also with a hood before hiding half of his face behind a black mask. His fingers were ready to slide the sunglasses onto his nose to additionally conceal his eyes reddened at their corners but shades in the middle of the night would make him come off way too suspicious, so he put them away and left.

On his way there he felt as if someone was observing him unceasingly, what only lead him to slouching more so the shadow was completely washing over his features. He didn’t have the time and nerves to worry about his drug dealer alike appearance. Upon his arrival, he soon spotted Taeyong’s white hair and approached him, taking a seat next to him as he slid the mask down not by much. And he didn’t hear a word of greeting.

Nothing about this is okay.

“True, nothing. But is there something we can do about it?” Arching an eyebrow, he leaned forward to rest his arms on the table and chuckled bitterly. “I wouldn’t be shocked if it was Namjoon who dragged us into this shit.”
