Work was crazy today, juggling 3 different projects at the same time. Managed to sign off just before 5pm and made some roast chicken with potatoes and gravy. Didn't end up going out this evening but sort of loved the time at home. I've been achievement hunting on vidja, replaying the levels. I assume I'm ovulating because my bra felt too tight and I got some real PF tightness today with spotting. I changed bedsheets for first time on new bed and really love it. At the risk of sounding materialistic it's so great having something high quality which is comfortable and makes my life nicer, especially having saved up for it for so long and planned it for literally a year plus. Had a rough night's sleep last night, stressed hard trying to get to sleep and then woke up by H getting up at 4am and struggled to get back to sleep for a bit. Ended up sleeping in until after 9 and then had to scramble to get to the gym, do my 40 min cardio, and then eat brunch and shower before work. I now do just brunch at like 10 or 11 then have dinner in the evening, try as I might I cannot seem to get a schedule going of breakfast then lunch at the usual times... but I'm making things work for me! At a sedentary job it probably isn't as important to always have 3 distinct meals a day, I do loads of sitting and don't get to exercise as much as I would like. I managed to shower today and I'm in clean jammies which is great. Hoping the exercise plus this beta blocker helps me sleep easier.
