Paris with him was simply magical. I will be back in January. I miss him dearly.

What shall I write here?

I miss our long walks, I miss holding his hand, I miss his voice, I miss everything about him and I

just wish I could go to sleep and wake up in January

A lovely night in with my dog, grooming him and doing new games. I feel much calmer compared to yesterday. I almost can't believe that was only the day before, feeling so hopeless, despairing about struggling to cope with the dog and my husband getting so angry with the situation. Truly, it's been like a whole new day. Puts into sharp perspective how difficult things seem when there is a lot of stress at once. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to prepare for my 4 day presentation in another city in time for Monday but I comfortably finished prep this afternoon enough to take the full weekend. We have a cleaner coming tomorrow so finally I can stop despairing about our long hours meaning the house is in a state as we're too tired to clean. I feel so much more optimistic about things after a good night's sleep. I'm happy to be getting some support with the house, it's really going to help out.
