T: If you hate being in love with her, if you know how much she hurts you, if you know that she doesn't care how just that she did, if you know that she is scarily manipulative to the extent of manipulation you, if you know that she would make the same mistake twice, why are you still with her?
Him: Because losing her hurts too.
Her: What I really want is that you would stop talking to them. I'm honest. But I know that you could never do it. They will ruin us, our relationship. Not I, not you, they will. Him: Because I'm still friends with you all, still "siblings" with you all, because I didn't defend her enough.

Him: Because I'm friends with the people who hurt her most.

T: Has it ever occured to her that every time she hurts you she hurts us! That everytime she does something so inconcievably stupid that affects you in a bad way we hate her a little more. Sorry we hurt you for defending a friend.
Him: 1. No, it hasn't. 2. It's not that, it's the comments put in deliberately just to hurt her.

T: So back to my original question, why didn't you defend him?
