Managed to full send my climbing project today. After nearly crying real tears about it on Tuesday and wondering if I was ever going to try it again. I'm so pleased with myself. I do feel that I'm getting better and enjoying it. It's wonderful to feel my body moving and getting stronger. Today was so hard at the start, but I took anti anxiety meds as needed to ease through it. So much has been going wrong lately but I know I can handle it. And the time alone this weekend is really going to help with that.
