My Dad helped me change the worktops in the kitchen. We should have thought abpit a few details before dismantling the kitchen. There was nothing we couldn't solve but he's great at improvising and i'm a prepare freak so there is always some tension in the air when my Dad and i work together. Plus i lost wheight and more strenght than i thought. I guess i should see a doctor. But the kitchen looks fine. The new tops are made from a lighter shade of wood and with the new sink it has a more contemporary/mediteran feel. And everything is water proof now. I changed my eating habits in the last three weeks. I included more meat and more salad and fruits. And i'm keeping my chocolate problem in check. Four pieces a day. But i guess that is ok since Dan Sartain seems overwheight when compared to me.
