Which none of them did, thank god.
An alarm went off at 7am or so, which kept going off. I headed back to my room, still locked out. Basically as soon as I sat on the floor, Dee walked out. I ran straight to my bed. Set an alarm for 8.15am and passed out.
Way too soon the alarm went off and I had to get up, get breakfast and go on a walking tour.
All the boys were great, they got a couple hours sleep, and all were alive so thats a bonus.
The walking tour was basically reverse of what we had done on the driving tour the day before, we went from the Brandenburg Gate, to Reichstag, back to the gate, then down to the Holocaust memorial and down to Checkpoint Charlie.
My feet were still in quite a mess from Prague, so instead of walking around all day I slowly made my way back to the hostel. I got lost on the train system so I still managed to see basically all of Berlin. It wasn't my favourite city in Germany, I still preferred Munich.
When I got to the hostel, Dee and Scotty were in my room, so instead of going straight to sleep like I planned, I had a really long shower. By time I had finished they were gone, it was sleep time.
I ended up having a 5 hour nap, which I really needed evidently. When I was all up and ready we headed to Hofbräuhaus for dinner. This one wasn't nearly as impressive as the one in Munich but it was still great. I had a roasted pork and a small beer, a small is 500ml. Thats a large in Australia. God I love Germany.
Dee had organised a tour of an Absinth bar for when dinner was over. It was pretty cool but I really didn't want to drink anymore alcohol ever. I still went but headed back to Wombats with the group.
We all gathered there again, everyone was going to this ping pong bar and some other place. I passed, and was the only one to do so. So I sat in the lobby, though I should probably talk to my family and whatnot.
Then this guy from Adelaide came and sat next to me. He seemed pretty cool, so when he asked if I wanted to go up to the bar I agreed.
That was probably where I went wrong. He was seriously creepy. He kept talking about how much he's been laid on his holiday and that there was a bar down the road that you have to be naked to go into, and that we should go. And a strip club, where they will do anything to you for a certain amount of money. I had to get out of there.
Right when I needed them, people from my tour walked in. I managed to get their attention and do our 'HELP' signal. I was so thankful when they walked over and sat with us.
I excused myself and as soon as I was out the door, literally ran to my room and fell asleep.
Cheers Berlin, wasn't the greatest impression but you are still rather great.
