Fitgirls Guide
So I am happy to announce that I am a newbie fitgirl! I started the 28 day jumpstart on January 2nd and I have already lost 13 pounds! I had been retaining a lot of water prior to that. I went on vacation right after Christmas and when I came back, I had gained 7 pounds, which I thought was very strange because I was peeing constantly the entire trip. Needless to say, when I came back I was still peeing every 30 minutes up until a few days ago and I got on the scale and was already back down to the weight I was during the summer. I am already 1/5 of the way to my UGW which is 140 pounds by September 24th, my 21st birthday. I was originally planning on losing about 10 pounds a month for the first 3 months and then slowly working my way to my goals, however, now I have a feeling I could reach my goals even sooner than I thought. I am still taking this at my own pace, being careful not to overwork myself, but not give room for any excuses either. I move back into school in 5 days and I couldn’t be anymore excited! So many goals this year and I’m going to crush them!
I just prepped my overnight oats (cherry pie flavor) and cut up hella strawberries.
Lunch tomorrow will be the power bowl with brown rice, black beans, roasted carrots and beets, hummus, kale, and chicken breast.
Dinner tomorrow will be potato street tacos with onion, avocado, tomato, spinach, and chicken
I always do better with a plan to follow so here’s my plan 💪

Alright I’m finally feeling better and I can start exercising again!
I actually decided to get the fit girl guide since I do better with planned workouts so tomorrow I will start the 28 day jumpstart workouts.
Today after work I will go grocery shopping and meal prep and tomorrow I will start the program! Can’t wait 💪
