Battle Picture Weekly and Valiant No. 113, dated 30 April 1977. Rat Pack cover by Carlos Ezquerra. The cover was reused on No. 656, dated 28 November 1987. By this time the comic was known as Battle with Storm Force.

In real life it wasn't advisable to fire the Sten gun while holding the magazine. Like most artists of the time Carlos has drawn at least one of the characters doing just that. Carlos is the only one I've noticed so far though who drew characters with their hand holding the magazine from underneath.
