So I know I and many other people watch Food Network highlights on YouTube with Gordon Ramsey and such and I never understood what made it so engulfing then I was reading She-Hulk and found this:
Apparently they say it’s a mood calmer, I assume to use to tame a certain emotion such as anger or depression. I like that, in fact I know that when I’m in the car and have a bad thought that haunts me, I’ll crank up the music that’s already playing for a second and it gets my mind off of it because my brain is like “TURN IT DOWN!” Over everything else.
