A good day PF wise, really minor discomfort. So 1 day soft launch, three days bad, one day easing off, then 2 days no major symptoms except PF tightness. Those menthol patches are good distractions but it isn't so much whole abdomen pain except for the middle two days really, which is the stuff that feels more moderated by painkillers. Not really sure how much painkillers help or hurt with PF issues. I should really go to a physical therapist but I'm a little scared. Something for next month maybe to reflect on. In the meantime my upper arms still weirdly dry. And my forehead has been dry too recently... This could also be aging I guess.
