The optimistic blonde was excited when she heard about the spiralfes. After all, she really was someone who enjoyed meeting new people. Social interactions were something that always filled her with energy as well. At least usually... Because right now, her main goal wasn’t conversing or meeting anyone new. No, she was looking for something that wasn’t a person, but still meant a lot to her.

 That’s also how she came to visit that one event that happened to be in the Fibonacci ward first. A place that sold almost anything anyone could ever ask for, surely would also have the one thing she was looking for, right?

“Hey, excuse me, do you work here?” She didn’t know if the people that sold the stuff here were wearing any uniforms or not, wasn’t this something like a flea market? Who could really tell... “Even if not... did you happen to see a piano? I know it’s not really what people would think of when hearing the name ‘home decor’, but I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask...”

2B was someone who was very, very hard to miss in a crowd.

Sure, most YoRHa units looked very similar and near identical in appearance, but 2B just stood out to 6O. Maybe it was because 2B was the unit she’d been watching over for as long as she could remember. Personally, the Operator liked to think she could pick out 2B in a crowd because they were, simply put, friends. Perhaps 2B would disagree- maybe brush them off as partners or nothing as deep as 6O saw it- but the little Operator knew better.

Mere colleagues didn’t send each other pictures of desert roses unannounced just for fun. There wasn’t a single doubt in the android’s mind that her and 2B were friends. She’d go as far as to say they were best friends, at that!

It was that friendship and that bond that made 2B so easy for 6O to spot.

When it clicked into place just who she was looking at, the Operator couldn’t help but jump in place and let out a soft squeak of delight. She wasted no time taking off in the direction of her taller friend, tossing formalities and professionalism to the wind.

“Two-beeeeeeeeee!”

The teary cry of her friend’s name probably came a moment too late. Within seconds, 6O hopefully had her arms looped around 2B’s middle in a rather crushing hug (surprising, given the Operator’s side). She was practically vibrating in place with excitement. A few sniffles made it clear that 6O was proving to be just as overly-emotional as she always was.

“I thought I was stuck in this city all alone!” She blubbered out, blue eyes tearful and wide. Funny, how earlier she was gushing over the plant life and having the time of her life in Hive, and now she was reduced to snot and tears because she recognized someone.

“Oh, geez, I think I’m lost myself! It’s a bit crowded here if you think about it! Hey, have you seen a guy with a white hat? He doesn’t have time to pick an outfit for himself to attend this party. You can’t miss him!”

New Teachers | Dante & 2B

It was obvious that Dante was new to the school. He still wasn’t sure what to expect from such a place. Students and teachers alike were allowed to carry weapons if they so chose and there were few limits on any... special abilities that the inhabitants of the school had.

Dante was very grateful for the lax regulation. After all, he didn’t want to go without his trusty pistols or sword if he could help it at all. He could hold his own in hand-to-hand combat, of course, but was more accustomed to his weaponry.

When he heard of a new Defensive Studies teacher, he figured he could stop by and say hello. He was new himself, and he knew that sometimes a bit of friendliness could go a long way. With that in mind, he decided to swing by the classroom before class started. The two classes coincided, so he hoped it wasn’t inconvenient for either of them.

Before he was able to knock on the door, the door opened, revealing a woman with white-hair. Dante thought it safe to assume that she was the teacher.

“Hey,” Dante started, honestly a little startled by her sudden appearance. “I’m Dante, the new Demonology teacher. You must be the Defensive Studies teacher, right?”
