For someone who's trying to conceal the fact that he's not an android, he sure has one heck of a RAM container. Maybe that's what allows 2Dewey to (successfully?) continue passing himself off as one.

NO-K, 'Computer'
Despite wearing 2B's attire, "2Dewey" is not an android like she is. Though he tries to act like an android / act like 2B, to varying degrees of success.
(The comic format and punchline is also based on this alien comic by @robpilled, which at this point I personally consider a classic.)
Hard Drive 2Dewey
The machines caught up once again with the mysterious "android" they were looking for...clearly his RAM container must had gave the game away, especially since they claim they finally found the "physical key" they lacked to unlock it.
But is the "physical key" and the machines' verification processes any match for (as the machines put it) 2Dewey's "fluid extraction mode?" Surprisingly enough, that decision is left up to the "android" to decide.
