THAT'S RIGHT BITCHESSSS!!! I'VE FINALLY GOT A NEW PHONE AFTER 3 YEARS OF THIS S20 FE!!!!! and after EXTREMELY careful consideration over the past 2 months (+ saving up for it too www), i settled on and took home... the 15 PROMAX!!!! it was an extremely tough choice between the max and unmaxed: the former would give my thumbs more flexibility on arcaea, but the latter was just... better (at least in terms of battery and screen size and camera and whatever fgsdfsds)

What does this mean for all my scores? Well, it means that every single one of them (save for Takumi and other games where I'll use Guided Access) will have this annoying little bar at the bottom of the screen shouting "HEY EVERYONE I'M IN THE APPLE CLUB NOW"

But for real? It means my scores are gonna be BETTER, MORE CONSISTENT, MORE FREQUENT, INPUT DROPLESS, FREEEDOOOOOOOOM!!! But since I still need to install stuff and transfer all my files, all I can do with it right now is take pictures and use it to text. So I did half of that with this post coming out of work and going straight to round 1: with some WACCA SCORESSSS

but despite the massive wall of text, it's not over yet... for a new rhythm game finally released to take the world by storm (unfortunately)...! it's... ROCK BAND 5!!!! (fortnite festival (eugh))

wasn't sure how this'd play out since i missed the eminem concert event that had a gameplay sneak peak, but i went into it at 11 PM after finishing work and getting home safely, and YOOOO IT'S EXACTLY LIKE ROCK BAND 5!!!! only without the controllers and stuff but they're already adding support for it

November 27th, 2021 - PIU XX, WACCA Reverse

time for ANOTHER round 1 session, except... without ddr??? yesyes, a very once-in-a-lifetime experience. i think this was around the time that i was taking a break from ddr due to lack of goals/motivation, so i decided to play a ton of wacca and PIU to make up for it.

firstly: HEY IT ME!!! ON THE BEST SONG IN THE GAME

starting off with PIU: holy SHIT i got an SS rank on an S16!!! (and some other new clears ig)

and now; for wacca!! a few neat FCs and a failed attempt at Stage IX, but otherwise not much

October 3rd, 2021 - DDR A20 PLUS, WACCA Reverse

UPDATE: it appears this session was hit the hardest with google photos wanting to clear out space by deleting some specific screenshots, so i slightly rewrote this post to accomodate the missing scores i retrieved from twitter. please excuse the interruption, and hopefully i'll take images from both so this doesn't happen again)

it's time to get silly with it !!! starting off my session strong fit, and awesome by playing a set of doubles just to rise in the SkillAttack rankings for LOVE IS ORANGE (and was immediately humbled by not knowing how to play doubles)

then after that session, i remember i needed to grind points to secure my position in gold class before the golden league ended, so i went and played Last Brutal Sister Flandre S 3 times in a row in an attempt to paralyze my lower body!!! GOD this is such a funny set to do, but also such a hellish one (esp with the stamina required to play on gold cab compared to white cab)

now where else was i... oh right i remember!! this was the day i got my FIRST 15 AAA!!! GLOBE GLITTER!!!!! i'm moving up in the world so proud of myself!!

now, originally the only thing this post said was something that ended with "but the only pic i took was the set summary at the end" since i couldn't find any images in google photos other than this set summary. but after looking on twitter, i found TWO FULL SCORES from this same set (though the only two unique scores, since apparently i got the same score on pekomiko twice in a row??)

meanwhile, i kept playing 15s on ddr and you know what i got? MORE 15 AAAs. 2 with Lost One's Weeping, 3 with Hyper Bomb, 4 with OVERSOUL (hehehe check out that epic fail next to hyper bomb), missed Cirno's Perfect Math Class by a few thousand, and 5 on Oh my! Lovely! Sweetie! Darling!

also i knew something was missing here, so i went to check through discord servers and on this day, i actually DID get cirno's perfect math class after my oldest sister showed up for bowling. so that's going from zero to SIX 15 AAAs in a single day

bonus: got her to record me playing PARANOiA (kskst mix) and running out of breath in a mask (oughh)

Late edit: I had 2 scores hiding in my e-amuse app that I didn't include originally, and they were The World Ends Now (on white cab) and the PARANOiA kskst seen above
