Day 2
Eating hours 10am - 6pm (8 hours)
Day 2 been for a walk (30 mins) sorted some stuff out in the spare room and re did somethings on the market place. A productive day!
Breakfast - onion and pepper omlette
Lunch - pastaless lasagne
Dinner - pastaless lasagne
Snacks nakd bakewell bar
greek yogurt and strawbs
So better mood today, Mr Gill went home and I decided to get some things done. poked a pin into my tooth so now it hurts like hell!!! but mood over all ok not feeling the rath of sugar comedown so thats a bonus! yoga last night before I went to bed and today was a breeze, I totally adulted wasn’t hard wasn’t an effort I just did bit and pieces and came back to it time and time again.so go me...here’s to looking after myself for another day!!! bit by bit, step by step changing my lifestyle forever!!!
