Day 2...again
So I didn’t get very far with 100 days of being good to myself, but thats ok that was last year...so its January the 2nd 2018 and like most of us I have made new years resolutions to ‘try’ to stick by etc etc. I’m annoyed with myself at the moment though as all of the hard work in the last year has been undone by not going to see the fit family and eating out of control. The last month or so has been really hard on my head and I kinda lost it after throwing my back out. so New year, new me, last year is done its over, its now about controlling my future and forgetting but more being mindful about what happened last year.
So what are my resolutions I hear you say?
1. Be kinder to myself
2. Exercise
3. Be more mindful about everything
4. Become stronger
5. Run a few 5k’s (2 or 3 already in the diary)
6. work S.M.A.R.T -er not harder (although I am gonna work my butt off)
7. Be more involved with Phoebe and DO things
8. See my friends more
9.Become a little more financially stable
10. Get rid of some crap I havent used in a long while
11. Breed some Betta fish (just cos I want to try)
