I’m not especially fond of Soi Fon by herself (I don't like her temper and, to be honest, I don't care about her at all), but I really like her design and the shikai of Suzumebashi. She’s clearly the kind of character I could have pick up for a cosplay. :D

I haven’t read the manga far enough to discover her bankai (same thing for the show) but I know how does it look alike and… I’m agree with her: it’s ridiculously too big for her. ^^;
