MED speculations
Being a typical med student is hard. That is why I pay respect to scholar med students. I bet it is really hard for them to maintain such standard. Sometimes I get thoughts like they are more deserving than others who don't take med seriously. Nonetheless, I see those type of students only in froshies. I took time to recognize all of the scholar med students because you truly deserve to be.
As for the rest of us, we are blessed because our parents can afford to send us to school. There are times I feel guilty because I get really lazy or at times I feel like quitting. At those times I forget that I should be doing everything to get through. 2nd year for me is really tough because it's really hard to be studious especially when you're drained from class and when you feel like 24 hours is not enough you feel like crawling into bed and just get lost in your dreams.
Then again you remember that it's what you really want, a step closer to your goal. To my fellow med students in whatever school or in whatever country, let's all hang on, try to do the best we can and surrender everything to Him up there. To others like me who is struggling remember that you are not alone and we don't care if we die trying!!
