I went to Iloilo last Dec 2022 to attend the Annual Conference of Lifestyle Medicine. We came a bit earlier so we can go visit places too. On my 3rd day there I got sick, but still tried to power through the conference. This pic was taken on the last night before our departure and thankfully I was feeling better. I wish myself good health… while I stay up late writing this post 😅.

Hey, tumblr it’s been a while. Few more days and I’ll be graduating again from PGIship. On to the next chapter then.

Well this result is quite accurate but I never knew I was really an introvert though sometimes I think I am. Just like how I am able to go to some events alone, it’s not that I want to but because I don’t have that soulmate yet that would go with me whenever able. Plus before I ask people to go I first asses if they are into it first. :p If not then I go alone because I want to go there more than the company I guess haha(introverting again).
