It’s a shame too. Some of the people who deserve gratitude are the ones who need it the most too.
yeah, that's the one thing that can have a HUGE impact on someone, and not just to the reciever...like, someone who is grateful (and not just in a superficial way, but someone who truly understands what gratitude means) tend to be more at peace with themselves and tends to be happier/more emotionally balanced, you know? It's like...knowing your place, but in a way that is constructive.

i really suck at showing gratitude like im constantly so thankful about people i have a hard time not overdoing it if i do start thanking them so i think i hold back too much
