I mean, it probably doesn't help how few Northern women we know, and then you get super weird because the Winterfell women we know outside of Cat are: a) people Theon was banging or b) Old Nan. And... I cannot with either of those scenarios.

Now, a horndog bisexual Ned... We know a lot more men, he's not so far from the gay club known as the Wall... Cat being like 'I refuse to accept any more bastards in this household' and Ned shrugs and sticks to men :P And, like, the crush he has on Robert... that aspect's not out of the question if you ask me 😅

when Eitri ages to child, it'll be easier for the family to take care of the cows :)

The cows don’t require that much care, but it will certainly be great to have Eitri age up.  Having a lot with just an adult and a toddler was a nightmare, and even though I have a mod to leave toddlers home alone, I couldn’t bring myself to do it.  Plus, when Eitri ages up, he can collect the cow dung, fill the water trough, collect branches and seasonal goodies from the trees and harvest the hay.  Will make my life so much easier!

I am not sure at the moment.  I had planned for this ‘hood to be more egalitarian in terms of inheritance, with the eldest child inheriting, rather than the oldest male.  That would then make Astrid the heir.  I might have him start out on his own, maybe with pigs.  I am imagining Arna might go into honey.  She seems the type!

Oh no those traits sound difficult

I love how the traits system has completely changed this game.  There is a level of depth that was only previously achieved through story telling or imagination.

There is a Game of Thrones mod for the game Crusader Kings 2 which includes a detailed heightmap of the continent. iirc it's a bmp file. Could be useful if you feel lazy.

Thank you.  My style has changed and developed significantly over the years, and I’m really happy with my builds and how they turn out.  Ideally, some lots would be more detailed, but there is only so much I can do with the funds constraints within the challenge!

ONLY?! My heart stopped just thinking of playing a lot that size!! hahaha

I know, the lot is huge!!  I think Alewold might have to hire one of the Peasants to help clean it.  I am looking forward to playing it when the Royal Family moves in.  BTW, since I know you’re playing again.  Have you already made your Royal Family for Dullabach, or do you have an idea in your head for them?  I love what you did with your Montague and Capulet nobles!

Don't even get me started on the Swedish translations, they often seem to be made by someone who can't speak Swedish OR English. It was the same with TS1 (so don't ask me why I still installed TS2 in Swedish).

Other weird thing in the French translation: the aspiration nickname for Pleasure teen/elders (I don't remember which) are cheese related :P

Omg you’re totally right! I checked in SimPE and Pleasure teen AND elder Sims have grilled cheese related aspiration monikers! Thank you for pointing that out! :D

Merci Crisp, ça me fait vraiment plaisir que tu aimes ces maisons. J’aime le mot “atmosphérique”, ça surprend un peu sur le moment, en France on choisirait un mot un peu différent.

Oui c’est précisément ce que je cherche à faire, créer une atmosphère. Je m’inspire de ce que je vois autour de moi, ce sont des moments de détente qui me rafraîchissent la caboche.

(I said I try to create an atmosphere while decorating houses, inspiration comes from my environment IRL, it’s a relaxing time good for the brain)

Bodyshop is finicky. Have you made any changes like defaults, face templates? Sometimes when you make big changes to your mods folder when it comes to CAS items, it might be a good idea to delete caches and the cigen file.  But really it could be just one bad mesh or a corrupted sim if you have any in savedsims folder.
