Goodbye August! 🌝 Tamale started her acupuncture mid-July, and continued through August at 3x/week. In September we taper to 2, and then 1 x/week. Thanks to @lonestarvetcare (acupuncture, Adequan, prednisolone and fluids) she’s able to walk short distances again, and even scale her steps by the bed 🛌 (though standing up is still her biggest challenge). 👉🏽 And: We’re convinced all the care and healing wishes coming from all of you have also made a huge difference ☯️ - we feelz them! And they’re working. Will Tamale ever walk like she did in June? Maybe not, but as long as she continues to make progress, we’re not giving up. Our goals include walking a little more each day to build strength without pain, and maybe even doing her #2stepchallenge again👀🤞🏽😸🐾.
