Lestat can barely keep his eyes open. It is daylight outside. He is about to pass out into his death-sleep. "Get me to a dark room, cher. I am going to pass out soon." He said willing himself to stay awake.

🕊️ What would instantly calm them down in a panic attack?

I don't think he would have a traditional panic attack as we do... because he is technically not human and has different bodily functions. He may act out or have some of the symptoms like fear of loosing control and a sense of impending doom. I think he definitely fears loosing control especially with Louis. I would argue this is his greatest fear and it rarely ever goes away. He probably always feels like something bad is going to happen. Honestly, I think he may just always be one big walking panic attack.

I think that Louis would be the best and most experienced with calming him down. Talking soothingly in old French and Creole. Quoting their favorite lines in plays. Playing music that he loves. All of these would help calm him down. I do not think there would be just one thing that would work.

🌹 What is their love language & how badly do they need it right now?

I think his love language is giving/receiving gifts. You see it in the books. He is very generous to his family, friends and lovers. He does not need the gifts but he likes receiving them because it makes him feel loved and thought of by others. He thinks it is the same for everyone. When people reject his gifts he feels like they are rejecting him.

He never does look away from Lestat. “You always say things like that,” he said in a quiet even voice. He pauses just enough to show that he was choosing his words carefully. “And you believe them when you say them. That’s the problem.” He shifted his weight slightly as his arms were loose at his sides. “I’m not something in your veins, Lestat. I’m standing right here. Separate from you whether you like it or not.”
