End of term night for photography class and my photos I got printed didn't fucking arrive in time, awesome

Newwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww Sonic lego time

For the size and the price this is a good representation of this specific vehicle, and as a set for kids the play value is completely self evident. But I've always thought Sonic has kind of the most boring cars in his own series in all the actual modern kart racers the series has done, and so in that regard I'll probably pass on it. Main source of temptation is in the fact that I don't actually have just a standard Lego Modern Sonic minifigure - my Lego Ideas Sonic is the classic version and a bit less printed, so stands out among the rest of my set, and my other Sonic is a winking one. If I get this I can get a plain bog standard Sonic which is potentially nice. But again, probably not.

Ofc this is the real draw. You're getting more complex and thus more visually interesting vehicles, even if the shape of Silver's is uhhhh a tough one to represent and looks a little awkward because of it. But who cares about that, because oh fuck yeah it's Silver! Hell yeah! Honestly at a glance I think he's the worst minifigure of any Sonic character besides Metal Sonic lmao. Admittedly he's definitely got the most difficult head shape so far and in order to keep it so his head could move they made some compromises, but yeah good god is boy shaved. I can forgive that because again head motion, but the colour I'm a lot less forgiving - that's really dark for Silver, no? In most games Silver is like bordering on outright white, like they're pretty consistent with that even in merch but this is just a bit too dark unfortunately. But for all that, yeah I'll buy this lol. For the simple fact that I want the Silver minifigure. Yeah, gaming.
