I’m done with this day lol

So after my previous post about  how I left my purse sitting the patient room at the doctors office, Left my car keys on a shelf at Michael’s,Left my phone on the reception desk at the eye doctor etc...the rest of the day didn’t improve. I couldn’t concentrate, couldn’t anything productive lol.....i’ve been foggy all day.

I don’t know where my brain flew off to today, but it needs to come back before morning. I have SO MUCH to do tomorrow that requires attention to detail.  

I won’t be doing any artwork until Sunday sometime. Everything I have to do between now and then involves finances for the art association, organizing of home stuff, files and (blarg) doing other people’s taxes

and apparently i need to rewatch Black Books because it’s been going through my head all day. Channeling Bernard Black all day long.

Food gives you energy to think clearly.

When you've been restricting for a while you don't realize it. When you've been healthy for a while you don't realize it.

Last week I was restricting, but the past two days I've pretty much gotten myself back on track. Today, I can think clearly.

I'm still anxious as fuck about every meal. I've still had rough moments, but I have so much more energy. I'm still struggling, but I'm not depressed or apathetic. idk I have mixed feelings but rn I'm just observing the positive bcos I just ate a scary lunch, and focusing on the positives helps.

Okay so my family is still in the hospital. No worse and no better.

I've got two sick kids at home today and I'm not feeling too good myself but I'm 90% sure mine is stress related.

Going offline for the next 24 to 48...72 hours I dunno. Just shutting it all down and focusing on health and home. I'll check for messages here like once a day.
