Jack Hawkins & The Sounds of the 70's - 30-60-90 (Plexium)

This LP sparked my interest immediately with the psychedelic sleeve and colours, the back credits also illuminated that the band consisted of no less than three flautists, Mr. Jack Hawkins being one of them. A plethora of soul covers but sadly lacking many flute parts it so promised. This Live performance was recorded at The Locarno Ballroom in Blackpool, UK, mentioned for seemingly being the original band featured on the 70s BBC TV show 'Come Dancing'; a TV show revived to popularity under the modern moniker 'Strictly Come Dancing' in the 21st century. 30-60-90 supposedly was played in the background of a scene in the Michael Caine smash film 'Get Carter', thus i have featured it here, definitely some Nice Moments across the album.
