Why: Friendly service and answers gladly questions if needed.
When: Starting from June 7th.
Explain: I have been on their ping list for a while and that day I received a ping that a few bases I wanted adopts made of were retiring. I then with the limited time left had a million questions and they gladly answered everyone of them. The adopt list I wanted to get made was quite large, but they still were willing to take even that big of an order.
Of course as the list of orders was enormous, the price was also enormous and even though I didn’t have that much of money they were extremely willing to negotiate of alternate payment and were even willing to give the adobts in “tab” (they will make the adopts as I am able to pay them). They were so nice that they even gave me one dragons genes for free because of their mistake while listing the prices (they forgot the genes from the list).
During the whole process they have been extremely nice and polite and I have been able to send them a PM asking how it is going on when ever I have felt like it. They even apologized for them taking so long to finish (even though I already knew that big of a list would take it’s time). I haven’t even received this huge order of mine yet (but they said it’s almost done) and I have already ordered more from them, that much I like the artist and their service. As long as I have dragons without adopts from them, I most likely will keep going back to their shop!
