We both got a pair of new hiking shoes. The store got a strange kind of rebate thing going on that nobody understood (we got 20% off our purchase just for showing up) and the couple at the cash counter before us declared each other idiots because each of them had her/his own definiton of the rebate conditions. The cashier didn't seem to get what i meant by "Who knew that rebats could kill marriges." My side of the family met up at my parents place for a barbecue. My Uncle has gained a lot of weight. I'm worried that his health will be affected by it. He already had an issue with....some organ on our wedding. It was nice to see the gang again. I also used the warm and sunny weather to grow a huge sunburn on my back and shoulders. I didn't notice it until i sat down on our couch. The cusions have a texture and it was an awesome feeling to feel them press against the hurting skin. The Wife had watched Back To The Future II before breakfast and we watched part III before going to bed. I forgot how much i like those movies. Of course they have their problems, but while watching the movie i thought about how a remake could look like and only one good thing came to my mind: The Delorean would still be powered by plutonium at the end of part III so when the train crashes it, Hill Valley would become uninhabitable. Planed on reading rather "feel good" comics like Archie and old Batman issues for breakfast during my vacation, but somehow i don't want to.

Came across something I'd say I wouldn't want to see/know and a sad song from my playlist started playing, doubling up as a soundtrack for my life. And it feels as though this whole scene is fated. Great, now my night is ruined.
