Winning Wednesday!

It's Wednesday and so far this week I have completed five...yes FIVE workouts!!! I'm so happy To have the motivation back and the opportunity to take so many gym classes. I have 4 more workouts planned as well as two anniversary dinners with my fiancée. This looks like it's going to be a kick ass week! Happy Hump Day!

Leanne (I kinda have two, Leanne Christina, but one is technically my confirmation name or some shit. I use it all the time anyway cuz I love how it all sounds together... Brittany Leanne Christina Parkin. It's got a nice sound)

10. What shoe size are you?

Anywhere from like 8-10 depending on brand/style which is INSANE, like why is there such a huge difference?! I have a pair of running shoes in a 9 that doesn't fit, but one in an 8.5 that does, and a pair of boots in a 10 that fits. PLS EXPLAIN

18. Do you want children?

Nah, not really, at least not right now. I'm not really a fan of being tied down by anything other than myself and my pets. But if I ever do, I wanna adopt

It’s just hard because my training hasn’t been going as well as I would’ve liked lately. But this is a chance to start fresh and you’re right. Why waste it on negativity? Negativity is not how I got in to this and it sure as shit how I’m going to continue it.

Hi new followers!

It seems as though 300poundcountdown promoed me (thanks!). I got a bunch of new followers as a result. Welcome to my blog! Here you’ll find updates on my training, videos and pictures of me lifting, some posts on my eating habits, and a lot of weightlifting inspiration. I am a 24 year old Weightlifter and PhD student in Chemical Engineering. I got into weightlifting through CrossFit and I’ve been lifting seriously (and excluding injury) since May. I have huge goals for myself as an athlete, and I hope you’re excited to watch me reach them.
