Day 30 of 30! I should have finished my #pushupchallenge yesterday but I was only able to do 100 because of my work schedule yesterday! Yes I used that as an #excuse! I pretty much only had enough time to eat and take a 20 minutes #nap! Lol So today I finished #300pushupsaday for 30 days, over the past 6 weeks, mon-fri! I left the weekends to catch up on missed days and the only day I missed was the last! Ha! So what has happened over the past 6 weeks to me and my body? Well I'm down over 15lbs (most of which was prior to starting my challenge), nothing fits right except my shirts but even some if those don't fit! Lol I did not do too much other activities and I haven't listed have in close to 3 months so I have been eating based on the amount of activities I have been doing and with the occasional bag of gummy bears! #Truth . . .
