So today I cheated. I really wanted a protein smoothie because I hadn't eaten and my body was CRAVING it and I made my Banana Chocolate protein smoothie. One banana, a tablespoon of unsweetened coco powder (not Nesquick yall 😩), two handfuls of kale, 1/2 cup your choice of milk (I like almond milk) 2 tablespoons of chia seed 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter (only ingredients should be peanuts and salt) blend in high until well blended.
