Day 1/30: Wake up with determination. Go to bed with satisfaction. 🌞🌚
Some days I wake up at the wrong side of the bed. Your motivation to start the day right is never the same 24/7, especially now that we’re on quarantine. You may eventually lose the motivation in the middle of your work, or may feel too much motivation but end up scrolling through your feed (like me 🤪). Hey, remember that it’s totally fine not to be motivated. You don’t need to force yourself to be productive and later get burned out. It’s important to prioritize your mental health. Start with the little things—take a nap or just lay down in bed, watch your favorite show, pick a music playlist according to your mood. It’s in these little things that will gradually ignite your motivation again. At the end, you’ll feel more satisfied, ready to knock out the tasks on your to-do list the next day. 🙂
