Tonights Pony stole your bed! zzzzZZZZ...
Aggressive resting yesterday did not really work! I think too much time in bed started to feel like it was the hang out place. Any schedule adaptations are going to have to be done carefully re sleep. Not sure how well the cbd works it kind of felt like it might make the brain more active generally...? I am not sure if that's a thing but maybe I can give it another go and see. Made the decision to make Mondays permanent wfh no bookings day, happy with that and anyone who doesn't like it is welcome to pick a fight lol. Felt instantly better knowing that was done. I think it's going to make a real difference.
