A few years back I wasn’t the #bestversionofme - I was stuck in a serious rut - but anytime I would complain about how I felt to any of my girlfriends - they did exactly what all good girlfriends should do - they lifted me up and re-assured me that I’m #fab . . My girlfriends were great but I didn’t feel great - I felt like #slothlife but ... . I was “skinny” and could run so obvi I was #healthy - lolz - #healthymythbuster . . Just cause you can move or don’t have a bunch of excess fat doesn’t mean you’re livin the healthy lyfe . #healthyhabits are the key to making your healthy life stick cause #aintnobodygottime to feel stuck and dread moving their body 💪. .
